- 4 large potatoes
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into cubes.
- Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
- Add sour cream, cheese, bacon, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mash the mixture until smooth.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Serve hot.
