- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 packet au jus mix
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4–6 pepperoncinis
- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in a slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix and au jus mix over the chicken.
- Add the butter on top of the mixes.
- Pour the chicken broth into the slow cooker.
- Place the pepperoncinis on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Shred the chicken and mix with the sauce before serving.

- Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
- Adjust the number of pepperoncinis based on your spice preference.
