  • 3 tablespoons miso paste
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix miso paste, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade.
  3. Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Place marinated chicken on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
