Description
A fresh twist on classic deviled eggs with mint for added flavor.
Ingredients

			- 6 hard-boiled eggs
 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
 - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
 - 1 tablespoon fresh mint, finely chopped
 - Salt to taste
 - Black pepper to taste
 - Extra mint leaves for garnish
 
Instructions
- Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
 - Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
 - Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chopped mint, salt, and pepper to the yolks.
 - Mix until creamy and smooth.
 - Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
 - Garnish with extra mint leaves.
 
Notes
- Adjust the amount of mint to your taste.
 - Serve chilled for best flavor.
 - These can be made a day ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
