- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, protein powder, and chia seeds.
- Add almond butter, honey, and peppermint extract to the dry ingredients.
- Mix until thoroughly combined.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
