Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, butter, and powdered sugar until crumbly.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of mini tart pans.
- In another bowl, combine almond flour, granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla.
- Pour the almond mixture into the tart shells.
- Top each tart with fresh raspberries.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- Let cool before serving.
