Ingredients

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of mini muffin tins.
- Bake for 5 minutes and let cool.
- Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth.
- Fold in whipped cream gently.
- Fill the cooled crusts with the cheesecake mixture.
- Drizzle melted chocolate on top.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

- Use mini muffin liners for easy removal.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
