Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of mini muffin tins.
  4. Bake for 5 minutes and let cool.
  5. Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth.
  6. Fold in whipped cream gently.
  7. Fill the cooled crusts with the cheesecake mixture.
  8. Drizzle melted chocolate on top.
  9. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
