- 1 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix pancake mix and water in a bowl until smooth.
- Fold in the crumbled sausage.
- Grease a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Pour the batter into each muffin cup, filling them halfway.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
