Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture.

- Add food coloring to each bowl to create gradient shades.
- Pour each color into greased mini cake pans.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cakes cool before removing from pans.
- Layer cakes with frosting between each layer.
- Decorate with additional frosting and sprinkles if desired.
