Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of mini tart pans.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add powdered sugar, sour cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla. Mix well.
  5. Fill the tart crusts with the cheesecake mixture.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  7. Garnish with lemon slices or zest before serving.
