Ingredients

  • Graham cracker crumbs: 1 cup
  • Sugar: 1/4 cup, divided
  • Butter: 1/4 cup, melted
  • Cream cheese: 8 oz, softened
  • Sweetened condensed milk: 1 can (14 oz)
  • Key lime juice: 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and melted butter. Mix until evenly coated.
  3. Press the crumb mixture into a mini muffin tin or small tart pans and bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden.
  4. Let the crusts cool completely.
