Delicious mini chocolate tarts with a rich filling and a crisp crust.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and salt.
- Add softened butter and mix until crumbly.
- Press the mixture into mini tart pans.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, then cool.
- In a saucepan, heat cream until it simmers.
- Remove from heat, add chocolate chips, and stir until melted.
- Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Pour the chocolate filling into cooled tart shells.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use dark chocolate for a richer flavor.
- Top with whipped cream or berries if desired.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
