Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and salt.
  3. Add softened butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. Press the mixture into mini tart pans.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, then cool.
  6. In a saucepan, heat cream until it simmers.
  7. Remove from heat, add chocolate chips, and stir until melted.
  8. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  9. Pour the chocolate filling into cooled tart shells.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
