Mini chocolate chip cookie cups topped with colorful candy.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup assorted candy for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
  4. Add vanilla and egg to the butter mixture, mix well.
  5. Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients.
  6. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
  7. Grease a mini muffin tin.
  8. Spoon dough into each muffin cup.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  10. Remove from oven and immediately press candy into the center of each cookie cup.
  11. Let cool before removing from the tin.
