Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup assorted candy for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
- Add vanilla and egg to the butter mixture, mix well.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Grease a mini muffin tin.
- Spoon dough into each muffin cup.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Remove from oven and immediately press candy into the center of each cookie cup.
- Let cool before removing from the tin.
