Ingredients

- 1 package of cream cheese (8 oz)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 package of pie crusts (2 crusts)
- 1 can of cherry pie filling (21 oz)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, blend cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Roll out the pie crust and cut into circles.
- Place circles in a muffin tin, pressing them into the bottom.
- Fill each crust with the cream cheese mixture.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
- Let them cool and top with cherry pie filling.
Notes
- Serve chilled for best flavor.
- You can use fresh cherries instead of canned.
