Description

Crispy and flavorful minced crocodile sausage rolls that are perfect as appetizers or snacks.


Ingredients

  • 500g minced crocodile meat
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 package puff pastry
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix minced crocodile meat, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
  4. Cut the pastry into rectangles.
  5. Place a spoonful of the meat mixture on one end of each rectangle.
  6. Roll the pastry over the filling to form a roll.
  7. Seal the edges with a fork.
  8. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  9. Place on a baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
