Crispy and flavorful minced crocodile sausage rolls that are perfect as appetizers or snacks.
Ingredients

- 500g minced crocodile meat
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 package puff pastry
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, mix minced crocodile meat, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Cut the pastry into rectangles.
- Place a spoonful of the meat mixture on one end of each rectangle.
- Roll the pastry over the filling to form a roll.
- Seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Place on a baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Serve with dipping sauces.
- Can be made ahead and frozen before baking.
