A delicious and healthy alternative to traditional pasta using spaghetti squash.
Ingredients

			- 1 medium spaghetti squash
 - 2 cups marinara sauce
 - 1 cup ricotta cheese
 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
 - Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
 - Drizzle olive oil over the squash and season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
 - Place the squash cut side down on a baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes until tender.
 - Once cooked, scrape the flesh with a fork to create spaghetti-like strands.
 - In a baking dish, layer the spaghetti squash, marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
 - Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
 - Bake for an additional 20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
 
Notes
- You can add cooked ground meat or vegetables for more flavor.
 - Adjust the seasoning according to your taste.
 - Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
