- 12 ounces spaghetti
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions and drain.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onion and garlic until cooked through.
- Add marinara sauce to the beef mixture and simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, cottage cheese, sour cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread half of the spaghetti mixture in a greased casserole dish.
- Add half of the meat sauce on top.
- Layer with half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining spaghetti, meat sauce, and cheeses.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
