  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions and drain.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onion and garlic until cooked through.
  4. Add marinara sauce to the beef mixture and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. In a large bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, cottage cheese, sour cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  6. Spread half of the spaghetti mixture in a greased casserole dish.
