- 4 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cups milk

- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Stir in flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Gradually whisk in milk. Cook until the mixture thickens.
- Add cheese to the sauce, stirring until melted.
- Combine cheese sauce with cooked macaroni.
- Transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
- Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
