Ingredients

Instructions

- Add oil, vanilla, and water to the dry ingredients. Mix until smooth.
- Fill cupcake liners with the batter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes. Let cool.
- Beat butter and powdered sugar until creamy.
- Add milk to the frosting mixture.
- Frost the cooled cupcakes.
- Use fondant to create Mickey Mouse decorations.
