- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups ice
Instructions
- Juice the Meyer lemons and remove seeds.
- In a saucepan, combine sugar and water.
- Heat until sugar dissolves completely.
- Add lemon juice to the sugar-water mixture.
- Let cool and serve over ice.

- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
