- 1 can Mexicorn
- 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add Mexicorn and Rotel to the skillet, and stir well.
- Mix in cream cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
