Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups corn kernels
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup cotija cheese, crumbled
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add corn and mix well.
- In a skillet, cook shrimp over medium heat until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add cooked shrimp to the corn mixture and stir to combine.
- Top with cotija cheese and cilantro before serving.

- Use fresh or frozen corn.
- Adjust spices according to taste.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
