- 12 oz spaghetti
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain.
- In a skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat; drain excess fat.
- Add black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, salsa, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper to the beef; stir well.
- Add cooked spaghetti to the mixture; combine thoroughly.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish; top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
