- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup diced green chilies
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a saucepan, melt cream cheese over medium heat.
- Add milk and stir until smooth.
- Mix in shredded cheeses gradually, stirring constantly.
- Add diced green chilies, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, and salt.
- Continue to stir until all ingredients are well combined and melted.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Reheat in the microwave or on the stove until warm.
