- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine cream cheese and milk.
- Stir until cream cheese is melted and smooth.
- Add cheddar cheese and stir until melted.
- Mix in diced tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, and salt.
- Cook for another 5 minutes until heated through.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
Notes
- Adjust spices to your taste.
- Can substitute cheddar with Monterey Jack cheese.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
