Ingredients

  • Flour tortillas: 4 large tortillas
  • Cream cheese: 8 oz softened
  • Shredded cheese: 1 cup (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • Diced bell peppers: 1/2 cup (red and yellow)
  • Black olives: 1/4 cup sliced
  • Taco seasoning: 1 packet (about 1 oz)
  • Green onions: 1/4 cup chopped

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients.
  2. Prepare the cream cheese mixture by mixing softened cream cheese with taco seasoning until smooth.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on each tortilla.
  4. Add the shredded cheese, diced bell peppers, sliced black olives, and chopped green onions on top of the cream cheese layer.
  5. Roll the tortillas tightly into a log shape.
