Simple and tasty Mexican ground beef lettuce wraps.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup corn
- 1 cup black beans, rinsed
- 1 head of lettuce, leaves separated
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 avocado, sliced
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, cook until soft.
- Add ground beef, cook until browned.
- Stir in taco seasoning, corn, and black beans.
- Cook for 5 minutes until heated through.
- Serve beef mixture in lettuce leaves.
- Top with tomatoes and avocado slices.
Notes
- Use any type of lettuce you prefer.
- Feel free to add cheese or salsa.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
