Ingredients

  • 1 can black beans, drained
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 2 cups tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add black beans, corn, salsa, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir well.
  4. In a baking dish, layer half of the tortilla chips at the bottom.
  5. Spread half of the beef mixture over the chips.
  6. Sprinkle with one cup of cheese.
  7. Repeat layers with remaining chips, beef mixture, and cheese.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
