Instructions

  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add shredded chicken, cumin, and chili powder. Cook until heated through.
  4. Spread a layer of black beans on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Add a layer of corn tortillas.
  6. Top with the chicken mixture and salsa.
  7. Add a layer of cheese.
  8. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with cheese on top.
  9. Bake for 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
