Ingredients

- 2 cups of corn tortillas
- 1 cup of shredded chicken
- 1 cup of black beans
- 1 cup of salsa
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add shredded chicken, cumin, and chili powder. Cook until heated through.
- Spread a layer of black beans on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Add a layer of corn tortillas.
- Top with the chicken mixture and salsa.
- Add a layer of cheese.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with cheese on top.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
- Use fresh tortillas for better texture.
- Adjust spices according to your taste.
- Serve with avocado or sour cream if desired.
