Ingredients

- 2 cucumbers, diced
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Wash and dice the cucumbers.
- Finely chop the red onion.
- Dice the tomato.
- Chop the cilantro.
- In a bowl, combine cucumbers, onion, tomato, and cilantro.
- In a separate bowl, mix lime juice, chili powder, and salt.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well.
- Serve chilled.
