Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortilla strips for topping
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
- Avocado slices (optional)
Instructions
- In a large pot, sauté onion and garlic until soft.
- Add diced tomatoes, black beans, corn, and chicken broth.
- Stir in shredded chicken, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Serve hot, topped with tortilla strips, cilantro, and avocado if desired.
