- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish.
- Drizzle lemon juice and add butter on top of the chicken.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

- Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness (internal temperature should be 165°F).
