- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup butter
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Dredge marinated chicken in the flour mixture.
- In a skillet, melt butter and sear chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
