Ingredients

  • 4 large whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup hummus
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup olives, sliced

Instructions

  1. Spread hummus evenly on each tortilla.
  2. Layer cucumber, bell pepper, carrot, spinach, feta, and olives on top.
  3. Roll the tortilla tightly.
  4. Slice the wraps in half.
  5. Serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.
