Healthy Mediterranean veggie wraps filled with fresh vegetables and hummus.
Ingredients

- 4 large whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup hummus
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup olives, sliced
Instructions
- Spread hummus evenly on each tortilla.
- Layer cucumber, bell pepper, carrot, spinach, feta, and olives on top.
- Roll the tortilla tightly.
- Slice the wraps in half.
- Serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.
Notes
- Use any vegetables you like.
- These wraps can be made a day in advance.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
