Ingredients

- 1 can (14.75 oz) salmon, drained
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the salmon, breadcrumbs, parsley, onion, egg, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
Notes
- Serve with a side of tzatziki sauce.
- These patties can be baked at 375°F for 20 minutes for a healthier option.
