Ingredients

  • 2 cans of salmon, drained
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the salmon, breadcrumbs, parsley, onion, garlic, egg, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into patties.
  5. Place patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
