- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 1 cup of spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup of feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup of sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup of olives, sliced
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Spread the spinach, feta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and olives evenly over the pastry.
- Roll the pastry tightly into a log.
- Slice the log into 1-inch pinwheels.
- Place the pinwheels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

- Feel free to add other fillings like roasted peppers or artichokes.
