Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cook the orzo pasta according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, feta cheese, and parsley.
  3. Add the cooled orzo to the bowl.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
