Description

A quick and healthy stir fry with Mediterranean flavors using ground beef and fresh vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, sauté until onion is translucent.
  3. Add ground beef, cook until browned.
  4. Stir in bell peppers and zucchini, cook for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Add oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until veggies are tender.
  7. Serve hot.
