Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta and chickpeas.
  3. Add cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta cheese.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
