Ingredients

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, pepper, oregano, and cumin.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Brown the meatballs in the skillet for about 5 minutes.
- Transfer the meatballs to a baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
Notes
- Serve with tzatziki or marinara sauce.
- Can be made ahead and frozen.
