  • Olive oil – 1/4 cup
  • Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
  • Herbs (thyme, rosemary) – 2 tbsp each

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Prepare the turkey by rubbing it with olive oil and seasoning.
  3. Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cook for 3-4 hours.
  4. Prepare the ham by glazing it with honey and brown sugar.
  5. Cook the ham for 1.5-2 hours.
  6. Season the beef roast and sear it in a skillet.
  7. Transfer the roast to the oven and cook for 1.5-2 hours.
  8. Roast the chicken with herbs for 1.5 hours.
  9. Let all meats rest for 20 minutes before slicing.
