Ingredients

- Breadcrumbs: 1 cup (100 g)
- Onion: 1 small, finely chopped
- Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
- Egg: 1 large
- Ketchup: 1/2 cup (120 ml), divided
- Worcestershire sauce: 2 tablespoons (30 ml)
- Salt: 1 teaspoon (5 g)
- Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon (2 g)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the muffin tin by lining it with paper liners or greasing it with cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, 1/4 cup of ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Fill each muffin cup about three-quarters full with the meat mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let the muffins cool for a few minutes before removing them from the tin.
