  • Worcestershire sauce: 2 tablespoons (30 ml)
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon (5 g)
  • Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon (2 g)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the muffin tin by lining it with paper liners or greasing it with cooking spray.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, 1/4 cup of ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
