Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 2 slices of cheese
- 1 cup cooked meatloaf, sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice, butter side down, in the skillet.
- Add cheese, meatloaf, and another slice of cheese on top.
- Top with the second slice of bread, butter side up.
- Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip and cook the other side until golden and cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet, slice, and serve hot.

- Leftover meatloaf works best for this recipe.
