This recipe makes delicious meatballs cooked in a crockpot. Perfect for a quick meal.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups marinara sauce
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well and form into meatballs.
- Place meatballs in the crockpot.
- Pour marinara sauce over the meatballs.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
Notes
- Serve with spaghetti or on a sub roll.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
