Ingredients

  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 4 sub rolls

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Form mixture into meatballs.
  4. In a skillet, sear meatballs until browned.
  5. Add marinara sauce to the skillet and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Place sub rolls on a baking sheet.
  7. Fill each roll with meatballs and sauce.
  8. Top with mozzarella cheese.
  9. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted.
