Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into meatballs.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and brown the meatballs.
- Remove meatballs and add mushrooms to the skillet, cooking until soft.
- Stir in flour, then add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
- Bring to a simmer, then mix in sour cream.
- Add meatballs back to the skillet and coat with sauce.
- Transfer to the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Serve with egg noodles or rice.
- Adjust seasoning as needed.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
