Ingredients

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 pound pork sausage
- 2 cups bread cubes
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook turkey and sausage over medium heat until browned.
- Add onion, celery, and garlic; cook until vegetables are tender.
- In a large bowl, combine meat mixture with bread cubes, broth, thyme, sage, pepper, and parsley.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
