A hearty meat lovers pizza casserole packed with flavor and protein.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 3 cups cooked pasta
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef and Italian sausage over medium heat.
- Add the chopped bell pepper and onion; cook until softened.
- Stir in the marinara sauce and Italian seasoning; simmer for 5 minutes.
- Combine the meat mixture with the cooked pasta in a large bowl.
- Layer half of the mixture in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese and half of the pepperoni on top.
- Layer the remaining pasta mixture, then top with the rest of the cheese and pepperoni.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- This casserole can be customized with your favorite meats.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
