- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 cups brown rice
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken in a baking dish.
- Bake chicken for 25-30 minutes until fully cooked.
- Meanwhile, cook brown rice according to package instructions.
- Steam broccoli for 5-7 minutes.
- Once everything is cooked, divide into meal prep containers.
Notes
- Store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
- Reheat in the microwave before serving.
- Feel free to substitute chicken with turkey or tofu.
